You already know what happened.
We explain how it works. The law, the process, the stage it is at, and what follows from it. Every claim sourced, so you can check us and decide for yourself.
How these are made
Sourced first
We start from the primary document: the gazetted Act, the Hansard record, the ministry circular, the statistics table. News coverage comes second, and only for what the primary source does not carry.
Checked twice
Every claim is verified against an independent second source before it can be used. Anything that fails verification is excluded rather than hedged. Where credible sources disagree, we say so instead of picking one quietly.
Shown, not asserted
Each piece lists its sources in full. If we could not confirm something, the piece says we could not confirm it. That is a different statement from saying it is not true, and we keep the two apart.
Written with AI, read by a human
Researched and drafted with AI assistance, then reviewed line by line before anything is published. We would rather tell you that plainly than have you find out.
